We welcome new patients by physician referrals only.

 

Our physicians specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases such as pneumonia, meningitis, HIV, skin infections, urinary tract infections, malaria, infection of the heart valves, hospital acquired infections, MRSA, c. difficile infections, tuberculosis (TB) and fever of unknown origin.

 

They also specialize in preparing patients for international travel.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

Please arrive early for your first appointment so that we can complete your paperwork.

 

Please bring the following with you:

  • Photo identification

  • Insurance card

  • A list of current prescription or over-the-counter medications that you are taking, including the dose and frequency

  • Pertinent information about your medical and surgical history

  • Co-pay or co-insurance amount

 

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we ask that you give 24 hours' notice. Please call (336) 832-7840 should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

VIRTUAL VISITS

From the convenience of your home, many of our appointments can take place virtually from your phone, computer or tablet. Through a secure portal, you can complete your entire office visit without ever leaving your home. Ask one of our schedulers of a virtual visit is right for you.

COVERAGE

All insurance co-payments will be required at the time of check-in.

We accept major credit cards with the exception of American Express.
